Order Fulfilment Assistant — Luxury Watch Straps

Molequin is looking for a part-time Order Fulfilment Assistant to join our small team in Ixelles, just off Avenue Louise.

The role

You will be responsible for processing and preparing customer orders for shipment. Each order is carefully checked, packed with attention to detail, and prepared for delivery to collectors and clients around the world. Our products are luxury items, so care, precision, and pride in presentation are essential.

Your responsibilities

• Picking and preparing customer orders from our stock

• Quality-checking each item before packing

• Packing orders carefully and presentably

• Preparing shipping labels and customs documentation

• Keeping the workspace organised and stock well-managed

• Supporting the team with related tasks as needed

What we are looking for

• Careful, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Takes pride in doing things properly

• Comfortable working independently

• Good written English (our working language)

• Available 3 days per week, 9:00–17:00 Mon to Wed

• Based in Brussels or easily able to commute to Ixelles

We are looking for someone who:

• Is careful, precise, and takes pride in doing things properly

• Is reliable and punctual — we need someone our team can count on

• Has a calm, methodical way of working

• Communicates well in English (our working language)

• Is comfortable working independently after training

• Is genuinely interested in the world of watches, leather goods, or luxury craftsmanship — this is a plus, not a requirement

• Is available for at least 6 months and ideally longer

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or any role involving careful handling of products is welcome but not essential.

• €14/hour

• 3 days per week, 9:00–17:00 (24 hours total)
