Tof is a small start-up with big ambitions located in Brussels.

We make handmade beef jerky in Brussels using local beef from eco-responsible family-owned farms. Beef jerky is a well-known popular product in the US, but unknown in Europe. You make it by marinating beef for a while, and then drying it at low temperature in an oven-like machine called a dehydrator.
