Junior Inbound Account Executive BE

We are looking for an Inbound Sales Account Executive to spearhead our inbound sales efforts.

Within a team of sales professionals, you will qualify, advise and close the inbound Freelancer & SME deals generated through our website.

What you’ll be doing:

• With your drive and charisma you build a client portfolio consisting of SMEs and small businesses across Belgium.
• You understand the needs of our customers, and how buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs, HR managers, small company owners)
• You are responsible for the entire sales process, from reaching out to hot leads to guiding customers to order their first cars with us.
• You will develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes / challenges, and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise.

• No prior work experience is necessary
• Resourceful: We are leading the market in an innovative product, requiring us to do things nobody has done before. We encourage you to take independent decisions and initiatives.
• Eager to learn: Strong desire to constantly improve yourself.
• Winner’s mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence
• Native in Dutch and French, and a sufficient level of English
• Affinity for automotive is a plus, but not a prerequisite
• You want to be part of a fast-growing & ambitious start-up
