We're Otto. A small, fast-moving team of designers and marketers based in Brussels. We help ambitious B2B SaaS startups bring their features to life, through digital design and product marketing.
We move quickly, care about doing good work, and like figuring things out together. No corporate layers, no bureaucracy. Just a team that gets stuff done and has fun doing it.
We're looking for an intern to help us explore how AI and automation can make our internal work better. Think less manual admin, more time for the work that matters.
You'll dig into real problems the team faces every day. Maybe it's building a tool that automatically creates a single source of truth for a client in Notion. Maybe it's automating brand asset exports. You'll talk to the team, collect their ideas and frustrations, and figure out what's worth building.
This isn't a "build one big thing" internship. It's a "test a lot of things and see what sticks" internship. By the end, we'd love to have a simple, user-friendly catalog of tools and automations the whole team can use.
You're probably studying something like AI, computer science, or engineering, but we're open to other backgrounds if you've got the right experience and curiosity.
You'll have real freedom to explore, test, and fail fast. No red tape, no layers of approval. Just a team that's excited to use whatever you build.
Send us your CV and a short motivation letter. Tell us what excites you about this internship and any AI or automation projects you've worked on, even small ones. We'd rather see a personal project than a perfect resume.
You're currently a student who can commit to a full-time internship for at least three months, and can work from our Brussels office.
You've probably already tinkered with AI tools or automation on your own, even if it was just a personal project, a weekend hack, or something you built out of frustration with a repetitive task. That curiosity matters more to us than a specific degree, though you're probably studying AI, computer science, or engineering, or something close to it.
You're comfortable figuring things out independently, but you also know when to stop guessing and ask the team the right question instead. And you're fluent in English, since that's the language we work in day to day.
From day one, you're testing real tools on real problems the team deals with, and if something works, we actually use it.
You'll work closely with a small team, so there's no chain of approvals between you and the person who'll use what you build. Got a question? Ask someone directly. Got an idea? Try it.
By the end, you'll walk away with a portfolio of things you actually built and shipped, not a report that sits in a drive somewhere. Plus a real look at how a small creative studio runs day to day, from the design and marketing side, not just the tech side.

Otto Creatives is a small, fast-moving team of designers and marketers based in Brussels.
We work with ambitious B2B SaaS startups, companies building software for other businesses, and help them bring new features to life. That means UX/UI design, branding, and product marketing: things like websites, campaigns, and launch content.
Most of the startups we work with don't have a full creative team in-house yet. We step in as that...
