YOUR ROLE
As a Social Media Content Creator Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our content engine.
You won’t just “assist” — you’ll create, test, and shape what people see and feel when they discover Aspilon.
You understand social media — but more importantly, you understand people.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create short-form content (TikTok, Reels) from A to Z
- (concept → script → shoot → edit → post)
- Turn real stories into scroll-stopping, emotional content
- Work closely with our founder to create authentic, powerful storytelling
- Experiment with hooks, formats, and viral concepts
- Help define and evolve our visual identity & tone of voice
- Engage with our community (comments, DMs, UGC)
- Support influencer collaborations & campaigns
- Contribute to launches, growth experiments & creative ideas
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You live on TikTok / Instagram and get what works (and why)
- You’re a creator first — not afraid to try, fail, and iterate
- You can film & edit independently (phone is enough)
- You have a strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling & emotion
- You take ownership — no micromanagement needed
- You resonate with our mission: real beauty, real stories
- Fluent in English (Dutch = plus)
- Bonus: entrepreneurial mindset or previous content experience
