🚀 Mission of the Internship

You will work directly with the founder to help grow DanceStay from early stage to an active online community.

Your main goal:

Increase visibility, subscribers, and early users on the platform.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

📱 Social Media & Content

• Manage and grow Dancstay’s social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories)
• Help define tone of voice and brand identity
• Follow trends in dance / creator economy content

🤝 Partnerships & Growth

• Identify and reach out to potential partners (dance schools, studios, creators)
• Support collaboration strategy and outreach
• Help build early ambassador network

🧠 Brand Building (with founder)

• Participate in shaping brand direction and storytelling
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and positioning
• Help test growth strategies for a new platform

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Student in marketing, communication, business, media, or related field (or strong self-taught profile)
• Passion for social media (especially TikTok / Instagram)
• Interest in dance, creator economy, or community platforms
• Creative mindset + initiative
• Good communication skills (English required, French is a plus)
• Comfortable working in a startup environment (fast, flexible, experimental)

We are looking for someone proactive and independent, who naturally takes initiative and is comfortable turning ideas into action without needing constant direction.

The ideal candidate already has solid skills in social media, content creation, or digital communication, and is able to produce engaging content with a good understanding of online trends and audience growth.

We are especially looking for someone who speaks English fluently, as it is the main working language of the project.

Above all, this person should have a genuine passion for the dance world — someone who understands its culture, energy, and creativity, and who is excited about contributing to a platform built for dancers.
