📌 You will:
→ Handle client requests and ensure diligent follow-up
→ Manage customer data and cases in our CRM
→ Coordinate with our international support and finance teams
→ Contribute to order processing and day-to-day client operations
🎓 You are:
→ Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Communication, or equivalent
→ Fluent in English, written and spoken - this is essential
→ French or any additional language is a genuine asset in our multicultural environment
