· Expert courses on advanced semiconductor technologies
· Design pathfinding PDKs as learning assets
· Interuniversity research programs across Europe
🔬 Nano IC-related internship topics include:
· Machine-learning for epitaxy analysis
· Thermal integrity in 2.5D packaging
· Advanced design technology co-optimization
· Parasitic extraction for large cells
· Area-selective deposition for nanoscale structures
· ...and more!
By bridging academia and industry, NanoIC is building a skilled, diverse, and innovative semiconductor workforce.
Do you want to contribute to the NanoIC project line? Projects within this framework are also posted as student opportunities (look for the Nano IC logo in the description of a topic).
