Internship Responsibilities

Social Media & Media Content

• Create and schedule content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
• Film and edit short videos and reels of lessons, workshops, and performances
• Help develop creative content ideas to promote our artists, teachers, and students
• Assist in managing the school’s online presence and community engagement
• Support marketing campaigns for concerts, workshops, and events

Event Coordination

• Assist in organizing concerts, masterclasses, workshops, and artistic events
• Help prepare event timelines and logistics
• Coordinate with teachers and artists for event preparation
• Support event promotion and communication
• Assist during events with setup, guest reception, and coordination

Communication & Community Support

• Welcome and interact with students, visitors, and artists during events
• Help answer basic questions about classes and workshops
• Assist with communication through email, social media, and event promotion
• Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the school

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about music, media, and creative events
• Is comfortable interacting with people and has strong communication skills
• Enjoys working in a dynamic and creative environment
• Is organized, proactive, and reliable
• Has interest in social media, video creation, and digital marketing
• Has basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Instagram, or video editing apps
• Speaks English and French (both required)
