Internship – Smart Manufacturing Strategy

Your impact 

As an Intern in our management consulting practice, you’ll make an impact: 

• Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating automation use cases. 
• Develop optimized workflows for a smart factory project. 
• Create Business Process Maps. 
• Work within an agile team using scrum practices. 
• Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. 
• Identify innovation opportunities in the Industry 
• Support the project leads in implementing a target operating model for the asset management & reliability department. 
• Support the project leads the implementation of CMMS system.

About you 

• Currently pursuing a bachelor or master's degree in: Business engineering, Engineering, Management or a related field 
• Languages: Fluent in French and English 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools. 
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and improvement. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
