Digital Communications & Content Intern

Duration: Minimum of 3 months (Starting Q4 2026) A placement of 4 to 6 months would be a strong advantage.

About the Role

Sabert Corporation Europe is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications & Digital Intern to support the Communication Specialist during a key strategic project: the integration and migration of the Colpac Ltd website (UK company bought by Sabert in July 2025) into the Sabert Europe website.

This internship offers hands-on experience in digital communications, website content management, social media within an international B2B environment.

The intern will work under the guidance of the Communications & Graphic Specialist and provide support across a range of digital communication and website-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Website Migration & Content Management

·       Contribute to a major website migration project, helping integrate Colpac content into the Sabert Europe digital platform.

·       Audit existing Colpac website content for migration into Sabert Europe Digital Platform

·       Provide support with the creation and updating of website pages within our WordPress CMS.

·       Assist with SEO-related tasks, including the optimisation of meta descriptions and image alt text.

·       Support the addition of new products to the online product catalogue.

·       Assist with the maintenance and quality control of the online catalogue, ensuring accurate product data migration.

·       Update and maintain the Excel product database linked to the website.

Social Media Support

·       Contribute to the creation of engaging content for Instagram aligned with existing LinkedIn Plan

·       Create visual assets for social media using Canva and Adobe InDesign.

·       Assist in planning and scheduling social media content and monitoring performance.

Newsletter

·       Support the collection and organisation of content from various internal stakeholders.

·       Assist with the creation and formatting of email campaigns using Mailchimp.

You are organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You feel comfortable working with colleagues across different functions, countries and cultures, and confident following up with stakeholders to obtain required content and information

·       Essential

o  Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.

o  Excellent written and spoken French and English.

o  Strong interest in digital communications and content marketing.

·       Nice to have (training can be provided where needed)

o  Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram social media platforms.

o  Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems and with Mailchimp

o  Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and managing structured data.

o  Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe InDesign.
