Do you like to find the story behind the numbers? As intern in our Personal Care Customer Strategy Planning (CSP) team, you analyse internal and external data, dive into promotions and help build go-to-market strategies for our innovations in Belgium and the Netherlands. Your analyses directly shape the plans our customer teams bring to retailers.
Who are we?
We are the Personal Care CSP team (Category Management & Specialists): 1 CSP Lead, 2 CSP Managers and 4 CSP Specialists. We define the commercial strategy for Personal Care in Belgium and the Netherlands. Our goal is to simplify complexity for our customer teams and to create plans that deliver category growth for both our customers and our brands.
Main purpose of the internship
You support the team with business analyses that turn data into growth plans. You help decide how our innovations go to market and how well our promotions perform.
Your key responsibilities
- Business analysis using both internal and external data.
- Co-developing go-to-market strategies for our innovations.
- Promotional analysis: evaluating how our promotions perform.
- Sharing insights with the CSP team and our customer teams.
Qui cherchons-nous ?
- You are enrolled as a Master student at a University, Business School or equivalent during the entire internship.
- You study Business Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
- You are available for 4 to 6 months (at least 32 hours a week), starting January 2027.
- You are analytical, data-driven and a problem-solver.
- You work with Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Experience with R or Power BI is a plus.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
