Swapfiets Leuven is currently looking for Store & Service Associates!

We are currently looking for students to join our team. Are you a student who is equally comfortable with navigating busy streets and striking up conversations with anyone and everyone? Are you a natural multitasker who enjoys getting your hands dirty and solving problems? Then we are looking for you!

Join our fast-growing, sustainable scale-up as a Store & Service Associate and be the hero of the day by providing awesome customer service, fixing bikes in-store, and delivering smiles (and bikes!) to our members. So, what are you waiting for? Let’s ride to success together!

Your daily Swapfiets ride involves:

• Working in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;
• Being the first point of contact for (potential) members, help them set up a new subscription or provide support with any issues they might have;
• Keeping the shop clean, tidy and organized;
• Driving upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members;
• Driving around the city by car or bike to help our members;
• Performing small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets in the store and on-site;
• Swapping out bikes, if they can’t be repaired on the spot, and drive them to our Store/Warehouse.

• Currently a student or eligible for a flexi-job;
• You're in possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months) is a PLUS!
• Affinity with retail, bikes and good service;
• Fluent in English & Dutch;
• Experience in working independently & being able to make decisions;
• Available for a minimum of 8 hours per week.

• Your own Swapfiets🚲 (lease);
• Flexible or fixed working hours/days possible. On weekdays and weekends;
• Become part of Swapfiets's fun operation in Belgium! Our regular team meetings always include food/drinks and a good time, while we also do bigger team events :-)
• We offer a lot of responsibility, challenging and dynamic work;
• Growth possibilities within Swapfiets (you can even move cities or countries with us!);
• No seasonal work - we work all year round!
