Your new mission

Analysis of the Target’s financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation
Preparation of Q&A for Target’s management
Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor’s mandate
Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum
Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum

Who are we looking for?

University background in finance or business economics
Excellent knowledge of French
Advanced working knowledge of English and Dutch. German is a big plus.
Strong understanding of Excel and how it can be applied to corporate finance
Good knowledge PowerPoint is essential for drawing up reports.
Prior traineeship experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, private equity, audit or similar environment is a strong asset
Analytic mindset triggered to understand complex problems
Can do and result driven attitude
Team player and self-starter
Eager to learn
