We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Store Management Intern to support the daily operations of our first physical pop-up store. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming in-store experience, managing the boutique, and ensuring everything runs smoothly—from customer service to stock and cash management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience:
- Welcome and advise customers, ensuring a warm and premium in-store experience.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing CoClo’s values and story with clients.
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and day-to-day requests.
Store Operations:
- Manage opening and closing of the boutique.
- Handle cash register operations and payments.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Stock & Merchandising:
- Receive, organize, and restock clothing items.
- Ensure products are well presented and aligned with visual guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to the team.
Operational Support:
- Support pop-up store activities and special events.
- Assist with reporting (sales, stock, customer feedback).
- Help improve in-store processes and operations.
