Key responsibilities:

Sourcing & recruitment

  • Like true detectives, you will search for the best IT profiles nationally and internationally.
  • You will be in contact with freelancers and employees. Your goal will be to present our company to them and the missions they can work on.
  • From the CV screening to the salary offer, you will be the leader of the whole recruitment process.
  • You will be the best parent that our employees have ever had. Being sure that they are well and satisfied, guiding international employees through their relocation process and ensuring the best employee experience, will be the pillars of your mission.

Onboarding

  • You will be the iterates’compass: managing legal procedures, the team, managing legal procedures, and supporting them through their iterates’journey.

Teambuilding & employees happiness

  • Being among people, making them happy and spreading fun all over iterates are your objectives. You will improve our working environment by facilitating the interaction between employees: events organization (afterwork, teambuilding, training) and other ideas.

Salary declaration

  • Prepare salary proposals, and respond to questions from our team members.
  • Managing the company’s payroll system, including the salary declaration, and ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.

Knowledge in IT is NOT required.
