Your impact

As a Technology Consulting Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Assist Clients: Help clients achieve their objectives by connecting and aligning business strategies with IT solutions.
  • Digital Transformation: Guide and advise clients through their digital transformation journey by analyzing and redefining their IT strategy and business processes.
  • Create Unique Experiences: Develop unique experiences for clients and their customers.
  • Leverage Data: Utilize enterprise knowledge and data to help clients evolve towards insights-driven organizations.
  • Suggest Solutions: Enable businesses to move forward by suggesting fit-for-purpose solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Explore Technologies: Investigate the business potential of current and emerging technologies, from Cloud adoption to Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Use creative problem-solving methods while working in an international, multidisciplinary team.

About you

To be successful in this internship, you should have:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a master’s degree in computer sciences or industrial/organizational psychology.
  • Technical Interest: A strong interest in technologies and the opportunities they offer, as well as a good understanding of how to leverage them.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving: A creative mindset and eagerness to solve challenging problems.
  • Analytical Skills: An analytical mindset, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
  • Client-Facing: Enjoyment in being client-facing from day one.
  • Team Player: Enthusiasm for working in multi-disciplinary teams with consultants from various backgrounds, while also being capable of working flexibly and independently.
  • Continuous Learner: A keen interest in taking on new challenges and continuously learning.
