Education Startup

Pacson Music School is a growing music education startup based in Brussels, developing a multidisciplinary approach that brings together music education, creativity, performance and community.

We are currently building the next stage of the school and are looking for an Operations & Administration Intern who wants more than an internship where they simply observe. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder and help build the systems, processes and day-to-day structure behind a developing organization.

You won't be joining alone. We already have three interns working across Finance & Controls and Media & Communications, alongside our teachers and external collaborators. Your role will help connect these different areas and make sure the school runs effectively as we grow.

We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership.

The ideal candidate does not wait to be given every next step. You are someone who can understand a goal, identify what needs to happen, communicate when something is unclear, and follow a task through to completion.

You may be studying Business Management, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Administration or a related field.

You would be a great fit if you:

Are highly organized and able to manage several priorities at once

Take initiative while knowing when to ask questions or escalate

Are reliable and follow through on commitments

Communicate clearly and professionally

Enjoy solving problems and creating structure

Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Have good digital skills and can quickly learn new tools

Are interested in entrepreneurship and how a growing organization operates

Can work in English; French is a strong advantage

Are open to feedback and willing to learn

Previous startup or music-industry experience is not required. We care more about your mindset, reliability and willingness to take responsibility.
