Lemonade is one of the fastest-growing entertainment groups in Europe, on the cutting edge of the hugely popular social competitive scene. We create concepts people can't stop talking about, and we're opening them all over Europe, with ambitions across the Atlantic and in the Middle East. Our brands:
• WoodCutter, Europe's first axe-throwing bar, with 7 venues in the hearts of big cities such as Brussels, Antwerp, Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne and Leipzig.
• Shooters, the world's first shooting range bar. We design and own our technology and license it across the globe, with new centres opening in Paris and Waterloo.
• Bomb Squad, the action game where teams take on 5 challenges in one hour to defuse a paint bomb before it explodes, already in cities such as Paris, Brussels, Berlin, Bordeaux and Nice.
We are a small but MIGHTY team, growing fast. We are looking for a Project Manager Intern for a minimum of 4 months to work directly with the founders and help turn our plans into real openings, launches and results.
If you're looking for an internship where you own real projects, see them come to life, and get paid to create fun and memorable experiences, you came to the right place.
Project Manager Intern duties and responsibilities
• Coordinate the opening of new venues: planning, timelines, budgets, suppliers and contractors
• Support the onboarding of new Shooters licensees and follow up on everything they need to launch
• Help build and roll out our marketing package for licensees (brand assets, templates, content library)
• Manage internal projects such as website improvements, new location pages and the organisation of our shared Drive and Canva
• Build and track project plans, retro-plannings and dashboards, and report progress to the founders
• Coordinate between the founders, venue teams, licensees, agencies and freelancers
• Run market research and benchmarks for new cities and countries
• Write clear processes and playbooks so that every new venue launches faster than the last one
Project Manager Intern requirements
• Student in business, management, engineering or a related field, looking for an internship of at least 4 months (internship agreement with your school required)
• Very organised and structured: you plan, follow up and get things done
• AI-native: you use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT…) every day and know how to get the most out of them
• Able to build dashboards and automations, and eager to go deep into creating AI agents and automated workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs) that save the team hours every week
• Fluent in English
• Problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership, at ease in a fast-moving start-up environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Interest in hospitality, entertainment or franchising
What we offer
• Real projects with real impact, from day one
• Direct work with the founders of a growing international group
• Exposure to openings and launches in several countries
• Free axe-throwing and shooting sessions, and team events
