Are you passionate about beauty and always on top of the latest trends? As Brand Marketing intern in our Skin Cleansing team, you work on brands such as Dove, Sunlight and Neutral across the Benelux. From influencer content and PR activations to media assets, social media and product launches: you help build campaigns that reach consumers every day.

Who are we?

We are the Benelux Personal Care marketing team, spread across our Brussels and Rotterdam offices. The team has two squads, Deodorant and Skin Cleansing, each led by a Personal Care Benelux Category Lead. This internship is part of the Skin Cleansing squad: a Brand Manager, an Assistant Brand Manager and you. You are based in our Brussels office.

Main purpose of the internship

You support the team on big marketing projects, such as media plans, activations, influencer content, PR, social media, product launches, brand purpose and website management, as well as on day-to-day operational tasks. In a small squad, your ideas and your work are visible from day one.

Your key responsibilities

• Influencer content: briefing agencies, giving feedback on content and staying in contact with influencers.
• PR activations: on-site operational support, creative input and contact with agencies.
• Media plan assets: briefing agencies, giving feedback and creating content with our designer.
• Product launches: helping with assortment management.
• Social media: scraping social media and following up influencer contacts.
• Website: managing and updating our brand websites.

• You are enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student at a University, Business School or equivalent during the entire internship.
• You study Marketing, Business Management, Business Engineering, Communication, PR or a related field.
• You are available for 4 to 6 months (at least 32 hours a week), starting January 2027.
• You are enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn.
• You are proactive and outgoing, and you enjoy working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• You have a real interest in, or passion for, beauty, and you are aware of beauty trends.
• You are an active social media user.
• You are fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus.
