Introductie
Service Operations & Technology maakt deel uit van de Trucks Technology & Industrial Divisie. We zijn een organisatie van ongeveer 4000 medewerkers op meer dan 40 locaties. We leveren elke dag ‘worldclass operational excellence’ voor onze klanten, gebaseerd op ‘smart logistics solutions’. In onze jobs zijn we verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, managen en optimaliseren van deze Service Market supply chain voor alle Volvo merken en joint ventures. De scope van SML staat in voor flow optimalisatie, inventory management, distributiecenteroperaties, douane en handel. Daarnaast staan we in voor het ontwikkelen van logistieke oplossingen om de hoogst mogelijke partsbeschikbaarheid, leveringsprecisie en kwaliteit wereldwijd te garanderen. We streven naar een innovatieve en diverse werkomgeving, met aandacht voor de Volvo Group waarden.

Met de ondersteuning van de 3 Health & Safety-experts, implementeert het management de beste werkwijzen voor de werkomgeving.

- Als stagiar werk je mee aan de optimalisatie van de werkomgeving, welzijnsprocessen en –procedures onder begeleiding van de H&S-experts.
- Je vervult opdrachten en taken in overeenstemming met de welzijnswetgeving en met het welzijnsbeleid van de organisatie.
- Je begeleidt werknemers en leidinggevenden in het optimaliseren van een veiligere werkomgeving.
- Je hebt geen probleem om mensen aan te spreken op gebied van veiligheid en dit zowel over positieve als negatieve punten.
