Digital Marketing & Sustainable Communication

Support AJ’s growth and visibility through an ambitious digital communication strategy aligned with our climate mission.

The intern will help enhance our brand image by strengthening our presence on LinkedIn, our website (Odoo), and other communication channels (articles, newsletters, visuals, videos).

The goal: grow AJ’s visibility, build a strong digital identity, and generate engagement around our actions, training programs, and client projects.

Main responsibilities

Content creation (main focus)

• Write LinkedIn posts (B2B, ESG)
• Write or adapt articles and newsletters
• Transform expert content into simple formats (posts, carousels, short articles)
• Create visuals (Canva) and short videos (CapCut)

Contribution & support

• Conduct research and synthesize information on ESG topics
• Contribute to content creation for client projects
• Optimize content (basic SEO)
• Track performance (KPIs: engagement, reach, clicks)
• Perform simple quantitative analysis (Excel is a plus)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our communication

Profile

• Student in communication (preferred) or digital marketing
• Strong writing skills in French
• Good level of English (important plus)
• Understanding of LinkedIn B2B codes
• Interest in sustainability topics (ESG, climate)
• Creative mindset (content, formats, visuals)
• Ability to create simple and effective visual or video formats (no advanced editing required)
• Comfortable with feedback and able to improve quickly
• Willing to learn fast and progressively gain autonomy
