Internship with the potential to develop into a permanent position

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the organisation of international recruitment events such as Top Women Tech summits.

Location: Brussels

Preferred Start Date: 15 October 2026

Your responsibilities will include

·       Acting as a key point of contact for participating client companies

·       Supporting candidate attraction strategies for international recruitment events

·       Coordinating parts of the candidate selection process, including CV screening and candidate presentation

·       Liaising with venues, suppliers, event staff, and other external partners

·       Supporting event logistics and preparing staff briefings

·       Monitoring project progress and helping ensure that deadlines and commitments are met

·       Preparing post-event reports and supporting follow-up with client companies

·       Responding to changing client and project needs with practical and creative solutions

Your profile

·       Excellent level of English is a must

·       University education

·       Interest in the HR business environment

·       Attracted by a small structure and international environment.
