About the internship
We're looking for a Business Management intern who wants to step into the engine room of a fast-growing scale-up. 🛠️
You're not just an intern making coffee, you're the right hand of our operations team. You'll see up close how a young brand makes decisions about numbers, suppliers, stock and growth, and you'll contribute to them yourself.
What you'll enjoy doing:
- Operations: helping follow up on stock, orders, logistics and planning with our production partners
- Finance & admin: supporting invoicing, reporting and keeping track of numbers and KPIs
- Market research: mapping trends, competitors and new markets (the Netherlands and beyond) and turning them into clear insights
- Improving processes: spotting where things can be smarter, faster or simpler, and helping make it happen
- International business: helping follow up on contacts with foreign suppliers and partners
- Owning a project from A to Z (we'll pick one together that fits your studies and interests)
- Rolling up your sleeves now and then at a trade fair, event or in the Hub
In short: an internship where, in just a few months, you see how an entire company runs, from purchasing to cash.
And now the best part: you get A LOT of autonomy in a FAST-CHANGING environment.
Oh, and did we mention we have a DOG at the office? 🐶 (our very own Chief Happiness Officer)

- You're studying business management, economics, business engineering or a related field (bachelor or master)
- You're not afraid of numbers, and Excel is (or will become) your best friend
- Structured, accurate, and you like keeping the overview

- Curious about how a company really works behind the scenes
