Ta nouvelle mission
As Account Management and Customer Success intern, your role is to increase the satisfaction of Gus Foods’ existing B2B and B2C clients. You will tackle this by:
- Analysing Gus Foods’ existing Customer Success strategy and identifying its shortcomings.
- Organising a large survey among Gus Foods’ B2C clients to measure their overall satisfaction rate and understand how to increase it.
- Present your findings to the Gus Foods team and put some of your recommendations into action!

Your profile?
- You are pursuing a masters degree in Marketing, Communication or Business/Economics;
- You are creative, hands-on, proactive, rigorous, result-oriented and a good communicator;
- You have good writing skills;
- You have an interest in food, sustainability and have a little humor;
- You are free for a minimum of 4 months (ideally 6);
- English + French/Dutch - being fluent in Dutch and French is a plus;
- Previous work experience in Marketing and/or Communication is also a plus.
