Recruitment & Talent Management

• Sourcing, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates (hostesses, stewards, team leaders)
• Organizing interviews and maintaining candidate databases

Team Coordination & Operations

• Supporting the planning and coordination of hostesses and stewards
• Preparing event briefings and staff guidelines
• Communicating with team members before, during and after events
• Ensuring teams are fully prepared and supporting performance follow-up
• Support on site for multiples tasks 

Administrative support 

• Admin tasks ad hoc 
• General admin 
• Uniforms management 

As an Event Project Intern, 

• You are organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator, comfortable multitasking and taking responsibility. 
• A hands-on problem solver, you are fluent in English (French or/and Dutch) and passionate about event management and operations.
