Who You Are
· Graduating in June/July 2026 in Master’s degree, preferably in a scientific, health-related, or education field.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
· Able to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
· Some experience in organising live courses and events.
· Technically proficient with digital learning platforms and tools.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and confidence in working with numerical and written data.
· Demonstrates sound judgement, initiative, tact, and diplomacy in challenging situations.
- EU citizenship or a valid Belgian work permit.
Nice to Have
· Experience working within a medical society or professional association.
· Experience in designing, developing, and delivering medical education programs.
· Familiarity with collaborating with key opinion leaders in the medical field.
· Understanding of adult learning principles, including needs assessment and knowledge transfer.
· Experience in technical writing and delivering presentations.
