- You work under the supervision of the kitchen manager
- You help with the mise-en-place of the dishes: clean, wash, peel, cut and cook food
- You carry out preparations according to instructions from the person in charge
- You operate the fryer independently during service
- You provide a smooth and efficient briefing to colleagues for the next shift
- You label and store all foodstuffs according to HACCP standards
- You clean up after the shift and you clean working tools
- You respect safety standards during the work

Qualities we look for are:
- Hard working
- Clean and organized
- Team player
- Willing to work evenings & weekends
- At least 1Y experience in kitchen work
- Experience on fryer
