Your new mission

We are looking for a Finance & Control Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in business finance, accounting, financial control, and operations, while discovering how a growing company is structured and managed.

As a Finance & Control Intern, you will work closely with the management team and gain insight into the financial and operational management of a company. You will contribute to improving the studio’s financial organization, reporting, processes, and overall efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

Business Finance & Control

  • Support daily financial operations and help maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with budget monitoring, financial analysis, and business performance tracking.
  • Support invoice management, payment follow-up, expense tracking, and accounting preparation.
  • Help prepare financial reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
  • Assist in improving internal financial processes to increase efficiency and prevent financial losses.
  • Support communication with accountants, banks, and financial partners.
  • Analyze contracts with artists, teachers, suppliers, and customers to ensure accurate financial management and smooth business operations.

Operations & Business Coordination

  • Help organize weekly schedules, studio planning, and operational activities.
  • Maintain internal documents, databases, and organizational systems.
  • Support coordination between teachers, students, artists, and the management team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to projects and events.
  • Help identify operational improvements and contribute to making daily processes more efficient.

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Interested in finance, accounting, business management, and entrepreneurship.
  • Curious, proactive, and able to find practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, documents, and people.
  • Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, Google Drive, or organizational tools.
  • Interest in business operations or project coordination.
