• Help design and run engaging events & workshops (not the boring kind)
• Build simple tools that teams use to improve how they work together
• Turn feedback and data into real insights
• Test ideas fast and see what sticks (yes, your ideas too)

🧠 Who you are

• You’re curious about people, behaviour & how teams really work
• You like both:
• 🎨 creative stuff (content, storytelling)
• 🧩 making things structured (organising, simplifying, analysing)
• You take initiative — you don’t wait to be told everything
• You are a last year Master student who communicates easily (EN + FR or NL = big plus)
• You’re the kind of person who says: “this could be done better”… and actually tries it
