Store & Brand Ambassador - Brussels

We are looking for an enthusiastic student, who loves to communicate with clients from all over the world, is eager to learn with a passion for fashion & craftsmanship and tradition.

As a Store & Brand ambassador, you are working together as a tandem with Britt on all topics

with regards to the Brussels’ flagship store & the brand and are responsible of :

• The Store, the overal look and maintenance of the location, representing the luxury & elegance of the brand.

• The Service & welcome our visitors & clients receive.

• The organization of the shop floor & back office space in an efficient & comfortable way

• Managing the deliveries with a corresponding unpacking, quality check & stock procedures

• Managing the reservations/orders in store, weborders, emails, phone calls, etc…

• Mastering all procedures in store, cash procedures, administration, exchanges, press loanings,

etc

• Guaranteeing an excellent level of service in store, offering Clients a unique personal moment in

store, pursuing for each person entering the store or reaching out to us by email/call to

deliver, an impeccable Client experience following the Britt Van Driessche Client experience

guidelines.

• The image of the Brand in Brussels/Belgium & should represent at all times the brands’ values

of Craftsmanship, Luxury, a Positive, colorful Mindset #Happytocarry.

• Staying up-to-date about fashion & luxury segment in Belgium & internationally.

• Keeping good & professional contacts with the Gallery & other luxury brands, in prospecting

ideas or collaborations for the future.

We are looking for a person who wants to work for a longer period on a weekly basis in store, during the week or weekends.

As a Store & Brand ambassador, we are looking for a young potential who is :

• Able to express him/herself fluently & elegantly in min. 3 languages of which Dutch, French & English.

Other languages are a plus.

• Enthusiastic in meeting & getting to know clients from all over the world

• Sharing our expertise & values of the brand

• Punctual & ambitious, always striving for the best

• Reliable & loyal to the company

• Discrete about Clients, internal Product & Brand info

• Flexible & happy to work during the week, in weekends, late night openings, etc…
