The position of Serendip Concierge is to provide first-class customer service to all clients at all times. The primary responsibility is to provide client support, be that face-to-face, on the telephone, or via email, and to ensure that all the clients' needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

• First-class handling of all client enquiries

• To provide a warm professional welcome to all clients and assist them with the start of their spa experience and the closing of their treatment, whilst consistently ensuring the service they receive is five-star quality, and in the customer’s preferred language when possible

• Fully service the opening and closing of the Spa and to be punctual, reliable and responsible to ensure that procedures for both of these operational tasks are completed in a timely and accurate fashion

• To schedule appointments for all spa treatments and assist clients in selecting spa services and retail (use of CRM system)

• Be knowledgeable of technical and standard operating procedures for the position including cash handling, credit card, invoicing and gift certificate and subscription policies and procedures.

• To accurately deal with client payments both for treatments and product purchases and to manage the closing of the daily cash sheets on your individual shift

• To ensure that the working area and public areas of the Spa are kept pristine at all times and to assist in facilitating this.

• To be flexible with work schedules to assist in ensuring the Spa remains operational during busy holiday periods, staff sickness and events to maximize sales and customer expectations.

• Be positive and proactive to resolve potential issues that arise thus ensuring the smooth running of the reception and sales areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with preferably proven success in a similar environment (reception, retail), outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and passion for wellbeing.
