A global and internationally recognized organization is looking for a Operations Specialist to support operational processes and ensure efficient monitoring and resolution of cases within defined service levels.
Your Responsibilities
As a Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and closing cases while ensuring compliance with defined procedures and service level agreements. Your key tasks will include:
- Monitoring, updating, and responding to case inquiries within defined service levels
- Communicating with applicants, external partners, and internal subject matter experts to gather or provide required information
- Updating and maintaining accurate data within internal systems
- Ensuring service levels and contractual performance indicators are consistently met
- Tracking assigned work and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders
- Detecting exceptions and escalating issues when necessary
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives and team projects by delivering assigned tasks on time
- Executing standardized operational processes of varying complexity
- Conducting research on moderately complex issues when required
- Performing data validation and quality checks on system entries
- Ensuring all work adheres to internal policies and procedures
- Preparing reports and updates for management on progress and case status
